In this first episode, we head down to Phoenix in the middle of the summer to brew with some friends and attend a tap takeover.
Our first stop was Goldwater Brewing in Scottsdale to help them get their first kettle sour going. Then, off to The Casual Pint Ocotillo for a great patio session.
Then it was off to B.R.I. where we were brewing our first go at the now popular, "BRUT IPA"!
In part 2, we host Grand Canyon Brewing for a sour ale that will be showcased at Real Wild and Woody
Enjoy the shinanigans!!
!! We couldn't be more proud, and inspired by these two wacky ladies!!
In this episode, I sit down with our brewhouse rockstars, Kristen Ewer and Tiffany Bettinger. We were drinking some brews and chatting it up for over 2 hours...so... I had to split this into two seperate episodes.
Listen in to get to know these two girls that are brewing up so much of the creativity and quality that you have grown to love from Dark Sky Brewing.
Happy Trails and cheers to all!
This is the audio that goes with the YouTube Live interview with Tim Cigelske, aka The Beer Runner, about his past achievements, life as a beer runner, and his future antics.
As always, please let us know what you would like to hear on the next episode of The Brew Trails!
This episode is the audio of my LIVE interview with Andy Schlicker. He and his partners, Michael Figueira and Sam Kroack, are currently putting together Harbottle Brewing Company (formerly FLUX brewing) in Tucson. We discuss his brewing backgrowund, what his brewery is going to be all about, and get a little into the collaboration beer that we brewed this year.
Enjoy the fun! It is a long interview but if you are into the craft beer scene here in AZ, especially down south, you'll love hearing about what will surely be a huge success in 2017!
Please share this podcast with all of your beer/adventure loving friends and continue to give us suggestions on who/what/ect to do next.
